I am a working adult with knee/shoulder concerns. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Most adult injuries happen when players muscle the racquet instead of using rotational kinetic chain mechanics. Coach Yogesh specifically corrects your wrist pronation and footwork recovery so you can generate effortless power without tearing your rotator cuff or straining your knees.

What actually happens during the Free Skill Assessment?

It is a complimentary 45-minute on-court session where Coach Yogesh personally observes your grip, overhead stroke trajectory, split-step footwork, and recovery speed. You get actionable feedback on your top blind spots and recommendations for the best batch fit — with zero pressure.

Where are the training centers located and what are the timings?

We train across 3 premier indoor facilities in Pune: Prime Sports Club, Players Sports Academy (PSA) in Wadgaon Sheri, and Pro Ace Arena in Wagholi. Morning slots run 6:00–9:30 AM and evening slots run 4:30–10:00 PM, plus weekend intensive bootcamps.

What equipment do I need to bring for my first session?

Just wear comfortable sports attire and non-marking indoor badminton shoes. If you don't have a racquet yet, we provide test racquets during the assessment and advise you on the exact racquet weight, grip size, and string tension suited to your style.

Coach Yogesh is an SAI NS NIS Patiala Certified coach and National Youth Games Gold Medalist.
